Amendments to the IBC Code (MSC460(101) / MEPC318(74), BCH Code MSC 463(101) MEPC 319 (74)) and MARPOL 73/78 Annex II MEPC 315(74) will enter into force on 1 January 2021.
All ships carrying dangerous chemicals and/or noxious liquid
substances in bulk shall keep the revised certificates (i.e. Certificate of
fitness for the carriage of dangerous chemicals in bulk or NLS certificate)
based on the new amendments on and after the date of entry.
